Group governance

Jean-François Boucher, Chief Executive Officer, has led the Mr Bricolage Group since May 2007. He directs the Executive board comprising four delegate managing directors.

• Guy Béghin: purchasing, logistics, commerce and Le Club/Les Briconautes
• Jacques Blanchet: finances and information systems
• Philippe Colomby: integrated stores
• Jean-Mary Marie: human resources, international processes and training

At operational level, the Group is directed by an operational board comprising the board of directors and the main service managers and directors.
